We’re pleased to have Little Bao Boy debuting at Docks on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th. For those uninitiated, a Bao (also known as steamed buns or baozi) is a type of filled bun or bread-like dumpling roll. There are loads of varieties of fillings – meat or vegan.
