On the final weekend of September, Little Bao Boy will be serving up traditional Chinese cuisine with a 21st century twist.
The whole menu is inspired by the food that James Ooi’s grandma used to make, packed with the flavours and spices of the Orient.
Don’t miss out on their amazing handmade pulled pork or chicken bao buns that derive from a secret family recipe. As a special offer, you can get any two bao buns for just £7!
East Meets West - Pulled pork slow cooked in apple juice, soy, ginger, garlic and five spice, topped with spring onions, sesame, hoi sin glaze, sriracha mayo, cucumber and sesame seeds.
Grandma's Chicken - Chicken thigh pulled in a massaman sauce, cucumber, spring onions, lettuce, sesame seeds.
Chilli Salt Tofu (Vegan) - Tofu deep fried in our a salt and chilli mix, cucumber, hoi sin, sriracha mayo, spring onions, sesame seeds.
