Dockers and porters inspired stout porter beers. These grafters drank dark, robust, malt filled beer to invigorate themselves for dock labour. Elbow Grease’s decadent blend of malts and Mt. Rainier hops gives a rich and smooth mouthfeel with striking citrus and liquorice flavours. The finish is lingering roasted bitterness.
A full bodied session IPA that punches above its weight. Bittered with Ultra, malt induced hints of biscuit blow across the tongue. Followed by a lush, piney, resinous finish from a typhoon of Ekuanot, El Dorado and Azacca dry hopping. Force 10 out of 10.
The toughest jobs rely on a burst of manual force or power. With this super dry and highly carbonated Brut IPA we celebrate that often used Docks’ technique. Enigma and Relax hops are the mainstays of Brut Force. But just wait for the surprising burst of orangey citrus from sea buckthorn berries (the superfruit of the Gods).

This hazy Belgian inspired IPA is a hybrid of Belgian yeast and hoppy IPA styles. Azacca and Waimea give a clean bitterness and flavours of spice and cloves. Light maltiness gives way to notes of caramel and toast. A dry finish with a little lingering sweetness.

A punchy Imperial Red Ale with a complex malt blend giving sweet caramel flavour. Hopped to the roof tops with Mandarina Bavaria and Minstrel to give hearty spiced orange aromas with notes of pine resin.

Risky Biscuitness is a 5.2% hoppy, biscuit brown ale with bags of malty character from brown and red dark malts, and a hoppy punch of tangerine and grapefruit citrus flavours.
A collaboration brew with Salt Beer Factory, inspired by the style used to quench the thirst of the British in India in the 1800s. Leading aromas of resinous citrus & berry fruit complemented by robust, undertones of chocolate and liquorice. Hop aromas are backed up by lightly roasted malt character and balanced bitterness.
Docks Beers and Magic Rock collaborated to craft this bright mimosa inspired beer, packed with tangy zest and juicy citrus notes. A complex mix of malts provides a rich, full mouthfeel, balanced with a low bitterness and citrus from orange, lemon and lime. Double dry hopped with punchy Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops to give a full citrus, Mimosa like flavour.
Docks Beers first ever collab beer – with Brew York. Together we carried out a controlled explosion in our Grimsby brewery. We cleared the area, attached a raspberry charge to a saison bomb and detonated it to create this incendiary beer. Brewed with Vienna, Maris Otter and wheat malt and fermented with a Belgian saison yeast strain for a funky, spicy beer. To this we have added lemon zest, coriander seeds and huge amounts of raspberries to create a fruity taste explosion.
