Docks Beers Graveyard Shift Coconut Milk Stout

Chocolate malt and coconut are the bedrock of this dark as night coconut milk stout. In this new improved recipe increased coconut milk additions boost texture and body making for a rich, smooth finish – a perfect end to the graveyard shift.

Overtime is a light, mellow and refreshing lager. Brewed with lager yeast and Saaz hops from the Czech Republic and fermented over time for easy drinkability and delicate bitterness.

A full bodied session IPA that punches above its weight. Bittered with Ultra, malt induced hints of biscuit blow across the tongue. Followed by a lush, piney, resinous finish from a typhoon of Ekuanot, El Dorado and Azacca dry hopping. Force 10 out of 10.

This 4.2% juicy and easy drinking pale ale has a rich mouthfeel which gives way to big flavours of passion fruit, melon, a touch of citrus and a herbaceous character, underscored by hints of apricot and peach. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Ekuanot and Simcoe.

True Grit uses Kveik yeast, a Norwegian farmhouse yeast that’s tough as the landscape it comes from. It ferments fast and hot bringing citrus notes to this juicy IPA. Huell Melon and Idaho7 hops give subtle fruit flavours with a piney finish.

The Zeppelin Bend is a symmetrical & rock solid end-to-end joining knot – like this collab between Docks Beers & Salt. Stable, secure and totally resistant to jamming.

This hazy Belgian inspired IPA is a hybrid of Belgian yeast and hoppy IPA styles. Azacca and Waimea give a clean bitterness and flavours of spice and cloves. Light maltiness gives way to notes of caramel and toast. A dry finish with a little lingering sweetness.
