By using innovative hopping techniques, we’ve drawn out juicy, fruity flavours while preserving that quintessential British bitterness. Leading the charge is the iconic East Kent Goldings, the godfather of UK hops. We’ve layered this with notes of citrus, spice, lavender, stone fruit, and pine from UK Chinook, Calypso, and a Lupulin-enriched form of Olicana. It’s a true showcase of the UK’s finest, crafted to perfection!
Our mini casks have a 6 week shelf-life. please refrigerate them and consume within 3 days of opening.
