Grimm

A Pale Ale brewed to celebrate the performance of “Grimm”, a play by Evangeline Henderson, at the illustrious Docks Academy on 14th March 2024. Just as the tale unfolds on stage, so too this brew reveals its own narrative through flavour and aroma. Centennial, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops bring fruit and pine notes with a juicy character tempered by a touch of bitterness to make for super drinkability.
