Glowing ruby red, this ale is bittered with a novel English hop for a punctual bitterness. A late boil addition of Centennial give notes of cedar and pine, tempering the caramel sweetness of the malt. A new whirpool technique utilising Simcoe doubles down on the pine and offers a notes of soft citrus to compliment the touch of Rye in the grist, and finally a large dry hop of Vic Secret brings a soupcon of Pineapple and Pine.
