Next weekend Little Bao Boy will be serving up their traditional Chinese cuisine with a 21st century twist.
The whole menu is inspired by the delicious bao buns James Ooi’s grandma used to make when he was a nipper. All of the beautiful baos are packed with the flavours and spices of the Orient and, as a special offer, you can get any two bao buns for just £7! #bargain.
Little Bao Boy’s menu:
East Meets West Pulled Pork - Pulled Pork cooked in garlic, chilli, ginger and five spice topped with cucumber, sriracha mayo, hoisin glaze, spring onions.
Chilli Salt Tofu - Crispy Tofu deep fried in chilli and salt topped with cucumber, spring onions, deep fried red onion, hoi sin, sriracha mayo.
Beef Brisket - Slow cooked beef brisket cooked in soy, bay leaf, sugar, garlic and five spice, sweet chilli, sriracha mayo and spring onion.
Quantity Loaded Fries - Any of Bao fillings on top of fries with all the sauce, spring onion and sesame seeds - £6.
