After using our dip hopping method on our ‘Futureproof’ collab last year (feels weird writing that), the team at North Brew Co. were intrigued to try it out on their own kit. So for our return collab at Springwells, we decided on a dip hop ‘Table Beer’ using a base of Pilsner, Wheat and Oats and utilising heavy-hitting Idaho 7 in the dip, dry hopping it with Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon. It’s a perfectly balanced light, crisp session beer, perfect for easing into the new year. A slight bitterness with a soft rounded fruity edge. Utterly refreshing and absurdly thirst-quenching!
