A love child borne of an illicit affair between the lean malt body of a West Coast IPA and the fruit forward hopping of a New England IPA. Taking the best of both worlds we are pleased to present, 101, a California IPA. Hopped with an exotic blend of Northern and Southern hemisphere hops to create a riot of tropical flavours with a subtle undercurrent of pine, we have crammed 8.9g/l of aroma hops into this beer and fermented it cool with an expressive German ale strain, which piles on another level of flavour into an already jam packed beer. It’s everything we love about American beers, over the top, but ultimately insanely drinkable.
