Street Food: Manzoku

Making their Docks debut over the weekend of 14th-16th August is the brilliant Manzoku.

These guys will give you the authentic taste of East Asia… right here in NE Lincolnshire!

If you like succulent Korean Wings, crispy duck and dreamy Katsu Curry, you need to check out Manzoku. It’s definitely one for the food bucket list… if you have one.

Katsu Curry - Panko chicken breast, rice, mild curry sauce, fresh spring onion, fresh chilli, pickled ginger, sesame seeds - £8

Tofu Katsu Curry (Vegan) - Panko tofu, rice mild curry sauce, fresh spring onion, fresh chilli, sesame seeds, pickled ginger - £6

Loaded Duck Fries - seasoned fries, crispy duck breast, hoisin sauce, chilli mayo, spring onion, sesame seeds - £7

Char Sui on a Bun - 12 hour slow cooked char sui flavoured pulled pork, brioche bun, wasabi slaw, lettuce, hoisin sauce, gochujaun aioli and fresh spring onion - £6 (£8 if you add fries)

Korean Wing Box - soy, ginger, garlic marinated chicken wings, coated in potato potato starch and deep fried, sticky szechuan sauce, chilli mayo, spring onion, fresh chili, sesame seeds, sriracha seasoned fries - £8
