Hear ye, hear ye!
In case you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll have heard that Charles is due to become our new King on Saturday 6th May (this Saturday!) and we have brewed a one-off beer for the occasion.
This 9.6% Strong Ale gives off rich unctuous notes of Madeira, Soft Plums with a gentle bitterness, thanks to the use of Endeavour, Saaz and Cluster hops. This celebratory beer is packaged in a wax-topped 330ml bottle, truly an ale fit for a king.
These are extremely limited and are likely to go fast, so pick one up whilst you can!
Join in the fun at Docks Beers on Thursday 18th May for Rich Young’s Monthly Quiz in our taproom.
It’s just £2 per player to enter and every pound goes into the prize pot!
This has become a hugely popular event and so we advise you to book a table to make sure you don’t miss out on Grimsby’s campest quiz (with Youngy’s unforgettable version of Play Your Cards Right to end the evening).

“Pint of Barnabas please!”
Last week, we launched our new 4.9% wheat beer, Barnabas, on tap in the Taproom. Have you tried wheat beer before and not enjoyed it? Here’s your second bite at the cherry! Barnabas was, after all, the patron saint of second chances. (And the dude our Church was originally named after!). Brewed with barley and wheat this is a hazy, fruity beer, with notes of banana and clove.

We are serving Barnabas in the Taproom, so come down to the church and give it a try! Maybe even leave a review on our Untappd page and let us know what you think of it.
We are thrilled to announce that the Harley-Davidson Experience Tour is coming to Grimsby on Saturday 8th July!

Don’t delay, spaces are limited so we suggest you book this sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
From 6pm to 10pm on Friday 26th May the voice of Town – the legendary JT – will be laying down the soundtrack to your Friday evening in the Docks taproom.
From Eddie Cochran to Calvin Harris, and The Beatles to Sam Fender. Expect to hear anything from the 1950s to the 2020s.
Whether you just want to listen or have a bit of a boogie, there should be something for you in John Tondeur’s bag of tricks. This is a free event.
