Our Apprentice Brewer Jenny’s first big brew has just launched on the bar, introducing Labour of Love.
This new beer is a clash of traditional and modern brewing. It takes a traditional British blonde ale and has thoroughly updated it with a hopping regime more akin to an American IPA with a massive dry hop of Citra and Amarillo. It’s giving big cloudy lemonade flavours and a punchy pine flavour from the judicious use of Centennial, packed full of flavour. A thoroughly modern classic.
If you’re planning a visit to the Taproom, be sure to give this a go!
Following on from our 5th Birthday Cake stout, we’ve got a festive spin on this beer you won’t want to miss…
Our 5th Birthday beer, Birthday Cake, went down a treat both on keg, as well as in the limited bottles we made for our birthday. So we got to thinking what else we could do with this brew to make it a true winter warmer.
Brewed with actual Christmas cake, because it’s Christmas and we will brew with cake if we want to. This ludicrously thicc boi is as decadent as they come, luxurious aromas of rich, sticky figgy pudding, a hint of marzipan and festive fruit complete a viscous mouth feel, it’s liquid Christmas. It’s fun, it’s absurd, it’s a celebration, it’s our Christmas beer. It’ll leave your tastebuds singing carols of joy.
Christmas Cake will be launching soon, on keg, as well as in 90 extremely limited 330ml bottles.
