Brewed in collaboration with Catch, an innovative, industry led consortium helping reduce carbon emissions in our region. We have also teamed up with Brookhouse hops, who are leading the way in reducing the amount of Co2 used in producing hops using a unique process allowing us to obtain a stunningly pungent and aromatic hop whilst using 10 x less Co2. We have also used malt grown in Lincolnshire to help keep the carbon foot print down.
