Broke ‘n Bone will be with us from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th September.
These guys are the purveyors of the finest Texas-style smoked meats in the north of England and they went down a storm last time they were with us for our 'Rock n Goals' events on Father's Day. If you love BBQ’s, you have to come and try their food. Everyone around King Edward Street weekend will struggle to resist the smell of the St Louis ribs, sizzling steaks and loaded fries.
Broke ‘n Bone’s Menu:
Brisket Bun - 18-hour cherry smoked pulled brisket, sweet BBQ glaze, tangy vinegar slaw, pickles, candied red jalapenos and mayo on a toasted tenfour bakehouse bun - £7.50
Pit Boss Bun - All the goodness of the brisket bun, topped off with crispy bacon and melted cheese - £8.50
Loaded Fries - Crispy skin-on fries, topped with brisket, sweet BBQ glaze, bacon, cheese, crispy onions and may - £7.50
St. Louis Ribs - Our signature meaty, tender, sticky glazed, apple smoked, pork belly ribs, served on a bed of crispy fries, with slaw, pickles and candied red jalapenos - £11
Vegan Jackfruit Tacos - 3 toasted soft corn tacos, pulled BBQ jackfruit, lettuce, mango/habenero sauce, vegan mayo and coriander - £7.50
