Docks Beers Gose

THERE GOSE SUMMER!

Our brewers have produced three taproom exclusive goses just in time for the end of Summer. The result of the labour…

IMPERIAL TRIPLE FRUITED GOSE – 11% (Brewed by Rory Lynch)
Mo’ fruit, mo’ fun, or whatever Biggie said. This triple fruited gose, is about as far away from a traditional gose as you can get. Huge additions of Raspberry, Mandarin, and Blueberry, give it a stark purple hue, and clocking in at a staggering 11% this beer isn’t for the faint-hearted.

SALSA VERDE GOSE – 4.5% (Brewed by Mike Richards)
Salsa Verde utilises brined jalapenos and fresh limes which compliments a clean tomatillo sour base. The result? A tangy, spicy gose with a fresh crisp green flavour.

Mike had this to say about his rather spicy creation “I was going to make a gooseberry gose because that sounds nice until it was quite rightly pointed out that there is already a very famous one of those. Gooseberries are related to tomatillos though, and after consulting my live-in flavour expert the whole idea got out of hand until this happened.”

GUAVA AND MANGOSE – 6% (Brewed by Lewis Birch)
Everyone knows what Guava tastes like, right? Well, they do now, it tastes like this. Guava and Mango take a traditional gose to new and modern heights. This 6% Gose gives a big tropical hit of guava and mango, a touch of salinity and tartness cut across to make a deliciously moreish beer.

THE FANZONE JUST GOT BIGGER

To coincide with the Mariners’ heroic and spectacular return to the EFL, the capacity of the Mariner’s Trust Fan Zone has been increased from 200 to 350!

With this increase, we have made improvements to the container that houses our Docks Bar. We have added an additional hatch in order to meet the increased demand, meaning we will be ready to serve more of you in a timelier manner. We are just as excited for this season as you are and can’t wait to see how the club fares this season, UTM!

If you haven’t yet tried the fanzone have a look at the GTFC fixture list by clicking below and pick a date that suits you. It’s free entry, but a match ticket can be required for admission
