Our third Work In Progress is a Team Series, designed to give some of our non-brewery team members a first taste of brewing and create three innovative craft beers. This product consists of 6 x 330ml bottles, made up of three totally unique beers.
Watermelon Salted Lager (4.1%)
A light and refreshing lager brewed with a huge quantity of freshly pureed watermelon giving the beer a sweet, light flavour and pink hue. The sweetness is complimented by a hint of Atlantic sea salt and some spicy Kazbek dry hops
Pineapple, Lemon and Rosemary Hopfenweisse (4.8%)
A full bodied blend of lager malt, wheat malt and light caramel malts gives a big mouthfeel and rich base on which the complex spice and banana character from the yeast mingles with lemon and rosemary to give a curiously moreish taste sensation finished with a big pineapple finish.
Belgian Ginger Beer (4.5%)
Inspired by monastic brewing traditions, Dani’s love of ginger beers and Caitlin’s desire for a citrus twist. This beer, presents as super pale with a firm moussey head. Notes of ginger and citrus harmonise with the Belgian yeast phenolics to create a light and refreshing beer.
These beers are hand-bottled, unfifiltered and unpasteurized. Please store upright and keep refrigerated. Beer may contain sediment.
